Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know
Daily Services:
How many dogs can you walk at once?
Group walks:
To ensure that all dogs can be provided with a high level of care, we will walk a maximum of 3 dogs at once, however, we generally find that pairs work nicely. We will pair dogs based on personality to ensure that all individuals are compatible. If we feel that compatibility is changing, we will amend our groups to ensure all dogs are happy.
Private walks:
Private solo walks will comprise one individual, where the owner has specified that the dog must be walked alone.
Private 2 dog walks: Private 2 dog walks, will comprise of 2 dogs from the same household. We may, on occasion, walk up to 4 dogs from the same household together, however, this will be subject to an additional fee and subject to staff availability.
Do you provide all equipment?
We will provide poo bags for all walks. We will also have water and bowls available for the duration of the walk. Leads, collars and harnesses must be provided by the owner. To prevent any upset tummies, if you would like your dog to be given treats during the walk, you must provide these.
Do you walk unvaccinated or unneutered dogs?
To ensure the health of dogs under our care, we will not walk unvaccinated dogs in social groupings. Owners must show evidence of up-to-date vaccination records for their dog before utilizing our services.
We will of course, walk unneutered dogs. If you wish for your male to join a group walk, pairing will again be based on personality and subject to an initial consultation. Unneutered males will not be able to walk with unspayed or in-season females. We will not walk in-season females during busy hours.
How do you plan your routes?
We like to plan our routes based on a number of considerations, including the dog's comfort levels in certain environments, enrichment opportunities (smells, textures, and varying environments) and the individuals' physical requirements. This will be discussed in your initial consultation.

Wedding care:
Do you meet the dogs first?
Yes! We ALWAYS meet dogs first. In fact, we are happy to meet as often as possible to build up the best possible relationship with your dog before the big day. We will not undertake services without having met your pups before hand to ensure they are confident and comfortable with us and we know their needs.
My dog is nervous, can you make something work for them?
Yes! We tailor all services to all individual dogs needs. Weddings may be too much for some dogs and that's fine! We provide a number of services to keep your pups happy on your big day. If you want your pup at the wedding but are worried it may be a bit too much for them, we can bring them at a quiet time to see you outside of the main hustle and bussle, for photos only or can even sit them in your own home.
I like the sound of your service, but i'd like to make some changes to suit our dog/day. Is that possible?
Absolutely! Although we provide a number of set services, we are always happy to tailor any service to your individual requirements!
